Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and organized Onsite Production Manager to oversee and coordinate roofing projects. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of roofing projects, managing production teams, and maintaining our commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule roofing projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Coordinate with project supervisors, roofing crews, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress, budget, and quality to meet company standards.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations.
  • Manage material procurement and inventory.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Provide leadership and support to production teams, fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in roofing project management, with a preference for management experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of construction experience.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Education and Certification:

  • No college education or high school diploma required.

Compensation:

  • Annual salary: $40,000 to $50,000 (Paid hourly).
  • Company-provided truck for job-related duties.
